Beginning in 1986 with three people in a garage, Label Technology has blossomed into a $40 million flexible packaging corporation with 150,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse facilities. In 2007 Label Technology Inc. became 100% employee owned through an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan). We currently employ 125 employee-owners and operate three shifts.

Quality and Food Safety
Our flexible packaging production facility is maintained to world-class Good Manufacturing Practices and the food safety standards required for the manufacture of food contact flexible packaging. We have a documented HACCP program and are able to demonstrate effective control of food safety and quality, including internal audits, product traceability, and conformance to specifications.
We are audited annually by independent third party services to ensure that the flexible packaging manufactured by Label Technology meets all the standards related to food safety programs, material handling, cleaning and sanitizing, pest management and equipment maintenance programs.

Employee Stock Ownership Plan
In 2007 Label Technology Inc. became 100% employee owned through an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan). An ESOP is an employee benefit plan that allows the employees of a company to become owners of stock in that company. Looking for skilled flexographic printing press operators to print on various substrates, including plastic film, and papers. Requires at least two years experience working with a flexographic presses. Good math skills with verbal and written communication skills a must.
Press Support Technician
Responsible for the accurate preparation of all materials required for press production. Ability to prepare print jobs for press with complete accuracy and at a pace that will ensure all jobs are completed on schedule. Preparation of plates, tooling, inks and varnishes in advance of the press run. Good math skills, reading, verbal communication and time management skills.
Responsibilities include operation of the slitter machine, inspection of product, removal of waste material and insure rolls are of the correct diameter and width. Basic math skills required with the ability to read a ruler and convert units of measure using fractions and decimals.
Prepares printing plates, sorts and files plates, operates and maintains the plate making equipment. Ability to communicate effectively with all departments. Two years experience in a printing environment. Good organization, communication and basic math skills. Must have above average proofing skills.
Project Manager-Customer Service
Responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customers on behalf of the company with the primary responsibility of ensuring that customer needs are met. Develops estimates and quotes, responds to inquiries and communicates effectively with all departments.
Develops ink formulas, blends and prepares inks and varnish for daily production schedule. Maintains ink inventory, works with various inks and varnishes. Understanding of color theory, good math and communication skills, attention to color and details. Working knowledge of spectrophotometer and densitometer for color comparison.
