Our Production Department consists of seven flexographic presses – up to 10-colors and 26-inch width. We use water based, UV and silk screen inks and coatings.

Ongoing investment in state-of-the-art equipment enables us to continuously improve our quality, productivity and customer service.

PRINTING

175 to 200 line screen process printing.
Minimum printable dot sizes on film under 1%.
3-point type printable on most film structures.
2-point type printable on most paper structures.

INKS

Custom match colors.
Pearlescent and metallic inks.
Intense blacks and very opaque whites and metallics.

COATINGS AND LAMINATIONS

Gloss, satin and matte water-base and UV formulations.
Double lacquer formulations are standard for cosmetic web applications.
Over-laminations are available in gloss clear and matte film layers.

CUSTOMER ORDER SERVICES

Ink drawdowns available for special match colors and formulas.
Pre-production loose color press run samples for process images.
Pre-production print samples for special requirements or large runs.

LEAD TIME

2-DAY production lead time capabilities available if required.
Most new production orders are completed in less than 3 weeks.
