In 2007 Label Technology Inc. became 100% employee owned through an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan). An ESOP is an employee benefit plan which allows the employees of a company to become owners of stock in that company. What began as an entrepreneurial dream in 1986 has flourished into an organization where every employee has a stake in the outcome.
